Do you have an internal drive to make a difference by becoming a social change advocate to break down racism and empower low-income African-American communities? Are you looking for an internship that will enable you to gain invaluable skills in leadership and research, while at the same time have a drastic positive impact to our struggling inner cities, then this may be a position for you. Our internship has a strong focus on breaking down racism, through it teachings of the psychology behind.
We are CURRENTLY seeking ambitious interns nationwide who want to make a true difference in our one-of-a kind 8 week module based internship program.

Career track with Neighborhood Rescue is available as well at our sponsor organization ESR.
The hours are flexible based on your availability.
Through our internship curriculum we offer a unique opportunity for you to obtain, and practice, skills which are essential in any career; it being in a start-up, global business or a non-profit organization. These skills ranges from data visualization, marketing, full-cycle recruitment, leadership, public speaking, strategy consulting and relevant skills for the digital age.
With the vital intel you gather, you will be key in ensuring that the Community Oriented Policing Units that take on our Neighborhood Rescue of America Challenge succeed in their efforts so children in urban communities, who currently have a failure rate of up to 97% can get a second chance at life.
Note: In 2020 we are also expanding our efforts internationally, which will provide additional exciting opportunities for interested interns.

As a volunteer with Neighborhood Rescue, you will have a major part in our turnaround efforts in the low-income African-American communities.
Volunteers work hand in hand with our interns and staff to aid in the area of research, fundraising, recruitment, business partnerships, and content creation. We work with you to find a part of our organization that you are passionate about. Whether you have tons of fundraising experience or just want to get involved in our community events, there is a place for you with Neighborhood Rescue. Any time you are able to give to our organization from 5 hours a week to 45, will do wonders for the communities we serve.
Our volunteers are driven individuals willing to sacrifice their time to improve the lives of children and their pets in communities across the country. Join our team to make a true difference!
